Meetings
The meetings are held one a month at the clubhouse on Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. and every member is encourgaged to attend. If you would like to speak, it is preferred that you get on the Agenda by calling two days prior to the meeting. At the end of the meeting, a Board member will ask if anyone has any questions or concerns.
A notice is put on the fence if for some reason the Board meeting is moved to a Board member's home. The house number will be left and visitors are invited into the home where the meeting is to be held. The moving of the locations means that for some reason the clubhouse is unsuitable for the meeting.
HOA Dues
Dues are $264.00 per year. They are paid to the treasurer, Linda Coleman, at 1178 Windsor Parkway. She has a small locked mailbox right outside her front door to put a payment in or you can mail it to her address. If you cannot pay your dues, call and the Board will try to set up a payment plan. Whatever you do, do not let your dues accumulate so the lawyer and court costs are necessary. In some neighborhoods, homes have been lost for failure to pay HOA dues. This has not yet happened in Windsor Park.
Newsletters
Newsletters are sent out periodically with current information. Halloween is a big event in Windsor Park. About 500-750 people visit the neighborhood during this time so special arrangements are made. All the information is in the newsletter.
